Sail on a Traditional Abra for Just 2 Dirhams

Traditional wooden boats, known as abras, shuttle passengers across the creek from Dubai Creek Harbour. On weekdays, they head to the Al Jaddaf area (near Creek Metro Station), while on weekends, they cross to Festival City Mall. The ride takes no more than 10 minutes but leaves a lasting impression.

Best of all, the fare is just 2 dirhams, making it arguably the most affordable activity in Dubai. You can pay with a Nol card (similar to a transport card like Troika). The abra station is conveniently located near the Vida Hotel. Be aware, though—weekend rides often come with long queues.
