This 70-meter-long observation deck extends over the bay at a height of nearly 12 meters, reminiscent of the “floating bridge” over the Moskva River in Zaryadye Park. Designed in the shape of a U, standing at its tip feels like being on the bow of a ship.

The deck offers postcard-perfect views of the city center, Festival City, and the UAE’s largest library, which resembles an open book. The scene is further enhanced by the numerous wooden boats docked along the opposite shore and the steady flow of cruising vessels gliding by.
